2020 was the year we learned how to meet, conference, make decisions and drive democratic processes forward – remotely.
Since the launch of Eaysmeet Online, our customers have conducted over 300 structured remote meetings.
Sports federations, trade unions, boards and housing associations have voted, debated, held secret ballots and made important decisions using Easymeet Online.
New features
Meeting technology functions
The meeting administrator is now able to create open votes, and choose to display anonymous or personal votes (this does not apply to personal votes, which are always anonymous).
Video features
The user can now switch between five different views in the video window and choose which camera to use in case of multiple cameras.
One feature that our customers have been asking for is the ability to share their screen, to view presentations and documents. In the latest version, we have added this feature. The meeting administrator decides who has the right to display their screen.
Customer portal
We are now launching our own customer portal. The customer portal allows you to view changes, improvements and upcoming features. It is also possible to book telephone support and support technicians for your meetings.
Upcoming Features
Future updates will include support for uploading and distributing documents in Word, Excel and PowerPoint formats.
We also add the possibility for the meeting administrator to prepare and create votes before the meeting starts.
