2020 took teleworking to new levels, even though our customers could not meet physically, meetings were held from living rooms, kitchens, basements, cottages, offices and sometimes the car (parked of course).
2020 taught us that nothing is given, that everything can change – it taught us to adapt quickly and often.
Now we welcome 2021 with open arms and hope for a great year!
During December we have been working intensively on improving and adding new features to Easymeet Online.
A welcome update is that meeting administrators can now import delegates directly at meeting level. The system detects whether or not the user already has an account and creates accounts where necessary.
You can also fill in the rights for each delegate directly in the import template. Another new feature is remote meetings with up to 400 participants, and we are currently working on increasing that limit to 600.
A selection of new features/updates:
- Importing users at meeting level
- User’s username is printed in account and meeting emails
- View status while connected to the video room
- Download all users of the system to Excel
- Download all users per meeting to Excel
- Screen sharing is now available even before starting the meeting or the agenda.
- Show/hide password at the login box
- Point of order is now active even during the lines of the debate
- New design in the list of users for administrators
