Remote meeting / Video

  • We recommend the latest version of the Chrome browser, you can download it HERE.
  • Check that you have allowed access to the camera/microphone.
  • If e.g. Skype, Teams or Zoom are running, close them.
  • Make sure your camera/microphone is turned on and working.
  • If the meeting is more than 2 hours away, the remote meeting function is not yet activated. You can always test your browser HERE. If the problem persists, contact your IT department.
  • In Chrome, there is a camera icon in the address bar after you activate the camera. (far right in the address bar).
  • Click on the

  • Select camera/microphone in the list
  • Select the right camera/microphone from the list
  • Check that you have allowed
