Read the user manual you have received from your organization.
Click on the "?" button in the system

I have not received an email with my username

Check your spam folder
Contact your organization

I have received an email but the link does not work

The validity period may have expired, contact your organization to get a new link.
Click on "Forgot your password"
Try copying the link in the email and pasting it into your browser.

I have forgotten my password

Click on the link you received earlier. On the first page, select "Forgot your password?".
If you have lost the link - contact your organization

I cannot see the login box

Try clearing your browser history and refreshing the page.

I get in but there is no meeting to click into

You have no active meetings. You can view your completed meetings by selecting "Completed" on the welcome page.
